Parent Voice

The Parent Voice is a forum to allow parents to participate in the process of school improvement by sharing their expertise, experiences and observations.

It runs in the following way:

  • The topic of each meeting will be given in advance

  • Parents will need to register to attend in advance (we will have a maximum group size of 25 parents)

  • Whilst senior school staff will be present, conversation will be led by parents Meetings will give parents an informal and genuine opportunity for open discussion

  • Meetings will give the school effective and timely feedback to inform their future planning

  • We will encourage discussion on issues which relate to how we can work together to further improve our offer to students and families

  • It will not be a forum to discuss individual students or members of staff, or concerns relating to a specific incident.

We would very much welcome a range of parents joining and aim to make the sessions informal and inclusive.

If you can spare the time, and would like to hear more please Email: Parentvoice@ushschool.org to express your interest, with any particular general school topics you would like to discuss.
