Governors
The local governing committee at Upper Shirley High school is a committee of the Hamwic Education Trust Board and has three key functions: • Helping to set the strategy for the school • Holding school leaders to account for school performance • Stakeholder management, including parents, pupils, staff and the wider community
Parent Governor ELECTION
As you will know, we recently invited parents and carers to stand for election as a parent governor. We are pleased to announce that Neil Glasspool was appointed to the role.
