  • Administration of Medicine

    The school does not hold a supply of pain relief. Parents may supply medication for their child but we can only accept medicines if these are in-date, labelled, provided in the original container as dispensed by a pharmacist and include instructions for administration, dosage and storage. Please speak to Mrs Smith if you have any queries.

    Please complete this form to request the Headteacher of your child’s school to authorise a leave of absence during term time. There is no entitlement for any family holiday or leave of absence; therefore the Headteacher will only consider the request in exceptional circumstances. Our school is following Southampton City Council’s commitment to raising attendance and will robustly challenge unauthorised absence.
