Business Studies is studied from year 9 onwards. In Year 9, students will develop their understanding of smaller enterprises, along with the knowledge and understanding of how they are set up. Students will get to put these skills into a variety of practical activities throughout the year.

Students in Y11 will be studying the OCR exam specification which aims for students to know and understand business concepts, business terminology, business objectives, the integrated nature of business activity and the impact of business on individuals and wider society. Subject areas covered include: Spotting business opportunities, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Human Resources.
